Production Time

After payment confirmation, your order is forwarded to our production facility in Israel. Production time is typically 0-4 business days, depending on order size and current workload. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases (holidays, high demand, technical issues), production times may be extended.

Delivery within Israel

  • Courier delivery ₪33 for orders up to ₪299
  • Free shipping for orders over ₪299

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days to most locations; in remote areas or during peak periods, it may take 4–5 business days.

Important Information:
  1. The day of dispatch is not included in the delivery timeframe.
  2. Orders are dispatched and delivered only on business days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday, Saturday, public holidays, semi-holidays, and weekends are not considered business days).
  3. Delivery times are estimates under normal conditions. Delays may occur due to security situations, strikes, natural disasters, wars, technical issues, promotional periods, or other events beyond the control of Massariba and/or the delivery service (force majeure).
  4. Delivery is handled by trusted third-party courier services or Israel Post. Massariba cannot control or guarantee exact delivery schedules of third parties.
  5. If courier delivery is unavailable in your area, we will automatically switch to Israel Post at no extra cost to you.
  6. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed in cases of failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable, cannot be reached by phone, incorrect address provided). Rescheduling or redelivery may incur additional fees borne by the Customer.
  7. You may request “leave at door” delivery only with your explicit prior consent. The courier will take a photo as proof of delivery. Massariba is not responsible for package security after it has been left as requested.
  8. In case of customer-initiated return (not due to defect or discrepancy) — the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund, even if shipping was free under a promotional offer (in accordance with Consumer Protection Law regulations).   9. The Customer must inspect the received order upon delivery and report any visible discrepancies or defects within seven (7) business days of receipt (send photos and description to [email protected]). Mandatory Consumer Rights Notice

Under the Consumer Protection Law, for distance sales you have the right to cancel within 14 days from receipt of goods (or invoice, whichever is later), and up to 4 months for vulnerable groups (65+, disabled, new immigrants) if communication was involved. All terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Israel.
