Who we are and what we offer
We are a small team of engineers and designers who, in the recent past, were repatriates. Our passion for modern technology led to the creation of Massariba. All products in our store are manufactured in Israel using our own equipment and made from high-quality biodegradable plastic and photopolymer resins.
The models are designed both by our in-house team and talented creators from around the world. Each product page includes the name or nickname of the model’s author.
Our store has recently launched, and we are constantly expanding our assortment. Stay tuned for updates!

Please note: We do not accept phone calls. You can reach us only via email or WhatsApp chat. If you try to call the phone number listed for WhatsApp, we will still ask you to contact us by email.

Product customization
In some cases, we can personalize an item from our assortment by adding a custom inscription or logo. If you’re interested in product customization, please email us at [email protected] with a detailed description of your request.
Custom manufacturing
Do you have a 3D model that you’d like to print? Great! Send it to us at [email protected], along with a detailed description: desired dimensions, material requirements, and the quantity needed. We will assess the model and provide you with a cost estimate and production timeline.
Don’t have a 3D model file? No problem! Send us a detailed description of your project, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Small-batch production
Looking for custom gifts for clients or employees with your logo? Need unique souvenirs for a wedding, bar mitzvah, or bat mitzvah? We’re happy to help! We can create one-of-a-kind gifts with custom inscriptions or images to suit your needs.

Orders
Placing an order
Orders can only be placed through this website. To place an order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout by following the on-screen instructions.
Please enter your shipping address, phone number, and email carefully. This is essential to ensure successful delivery by the courier and to allow us to contact you if we need to clarify any details.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder, as it may have been filtered there.
If the confirmation email is missing and is not in the Spam folder, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly or the order was not completed. In this case, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you.

Registration is not required to place an order at Massariba, but having a personal account offers many benefits:

Order processing time
Some products are pre-manufactured and kept in stock for immediate shipment. However, most items are produced on demand.
Typically, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. In some cases, this timeframe may extend to 5 business days.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and tracking information.

Delivery
Delivery methods
We offer courier delivery to your home or workplace. If courier delivery is not available in your area, we will ship your order via Israel Post.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 NIS.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 1–3 business days to most locations. In some cases, it may take 4–5 business days.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
International shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Israel. If you are interested in placing an order for international delivery, please email us at [email protected] and let us know your country. What is 3D Secure (3DS)?
