Massariba is an online store operated by One Logic Lab, business number 346976566, VAT exempt, registered in the State of Israel (hereinafter the “Company”, “We”, “Massariba” or “Store”).
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the website www.massariba.com (the “Website”), the ordering process, payment, production, delivery, cancellation, returns, and other interactions between Customers (“You”, “Customer”, “User”) and the Company.
By using the Website and/or making a purchase, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a standard contract under the Standard Contracts Law, 5743-1982.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including but not limited to:
- Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
- Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended, including Amendment 13 of 2025)
- Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017
- Sale Law, 5728-1968 and other applicable provisions.
1.2. Massariba specializes in the sale of products of its own manufacture created using 3D printing technology.
1.3. All products are manufactured in Israel on the Company’s own equipment.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions are published on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
1.5. Purchases on the Website are available to individuals aged 13 and older. Users under 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent to make a purchase.
2. Terms of Use
2.1. Product images and descriptions are for illustration only. Due to 3D printing technology, minor variations in texture, color, or cosmetic imperfections may occur and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
2.2. All content on the Website is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
2.3. The Company strives for accuracy but is not liable for inadvertent errors. In case of obvious errors in price or description, We may cancel the order and offer a refund or alternative.
2.4. The Website is accessible on various devices; functionality may vary.
2.5. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure Website availability but is not liable for temporary interruptions beyond its control.
3. Registration and Personal Account
3.1. Orders can be placed without registration.
3.2. An account provides access to order history, tracking, address management, and wishlist.
3.3. You are responsible for providing accurate information. The Company is not liable for issues caused by incorrect data.
4. Products and Pricing
4.1. Promotions and discounts may change without notice. Multiple promotions apply only if explicitly stated.
4.2. Prices, availability, and conditions are as displayed on the Website. Changes do not affect paid orders.
4.3. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.4. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation.
5. Placing an Order
5.1. Orders can only be placed through the Website.
5.2. To complete an order, the Customer must provide accurate contact details, including an email address, phone number, and shipping address.
5.3. Orders are confirmed only after payment.
5.4. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email and electronic invoice/receipt.
6. Payment
6.1. Accepted methods: Visa/MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bit, PayPal, bank transfer.
6.2. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Production will begin after payment confirmation.
6.3. All payments are processed through secure channels that comply with international security standards, including SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication.
6.4. At checkout, the Customer may choose to add an optional tip to support Massariba, a small Israeli production team. Tips are voluntary and not part of the product price or mandatory service fee. The tip amount is clearly displayed before you confirm the order. Tips are processed together with the main payment and are non-refundable in case of order cancellation before production begins (as they are considered a voluntary donation).
In case of a full refund due to defect, return, or cancellation after delivery (in accordance with our Cancellation and Returns policy), the tip amount will be refunded together with the order total.
7. Production and Delivery
7.1. The production time for most products typically is 0-4 business days after payment confirmation (may extend during holidays or high demand).
7.2. Production usually begins shortly after payment confirmation — often on the same business day, but in some cases on the next business day, depending on printer availability and production queue. The Company will notify the Customer if there is any significant delay.
7.3. Delivery within Israel is carried out by a third-party courier service. If courier delivery is unavailable in certain areas, the Company may, at its discretion, use Israel Post for shipping. Up-to-date information regarding delivery methods, costs, and estimated timeframes is provided on the Delivery Information page of the Website.
7.4. Orders are dispatched and delivered only on business days, from Sunday to Thursday (Friday, Saturday, holidays, semi-holidays, and weekends are not considered business days).
7.5. Delivery times may be delayed due to security situations, promotional periods, or events beyond the control of the Company and/or the courier service. These may include strikes, natural disasters, wars, emergencies, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
7.6. Delivery time commitments are void in cases of failed delivery attempts.
- If the courier is unable to reach the recipient, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day, and the order will remain at the courier service’s warehouse.
- If the order is returned to the Company after multiple failed delivery attempts, the Customer will be required to pay for redelivery.
7.7. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details (phone number and shipping address). If incorrect details are provided, the Company cannot guarantee successful delivery. If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, the Customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
7.8. If the Customer requests delivery without personal handover (e.g., leaving the package at the door), the courier will take a photo of the delivery location. The Company is not responsible for the package’s security after it has been left.
8. Order Cancellation and Returns
Mandatory Consumer Rights Notice (Consumer Protection Law, Section 14c)
For distance sales, the Customer has the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the later of receipt of the goods or receipt of the transaction document (invoice/receipt).
For vulnerable consumers (65+, disabled, new immigrants within 5 years), up to 4 months if communication occurred (email, chat, WhatsApp, etc.).
Custom-made products (based on Your 3D model, custom colors, engraving, etc.) are non-cancellable except for confirmed manufacturing defects.

9. Warranty and Liability
9.1. Products are intended solely for decorative, souvenir, or collectible purposes. The Customer is responsible for assessing whether the products are suitable for their intended use and for ensuring safe handling. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from improper use, including but not limited to contact with small children, pets, or any misuse of the products.
9.2. The Company guarantees that its products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. However, the Company is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in specifications provided by the Customer (e.g., incorrect 3D models or personalization requests).
9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, the Company, its employees, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased on the Website;
- any defects, errors, or discrepancies in the products (beyond confirmed manufacturing defects handled under the Cancellation and Returns policy);
- any information, descriptions, images, or content presented on the Website.
Nothing on the Website constitutes professional advice, recommendation, opinion, or warranty beyond what is explicitly stated in this Agreement. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Website.
9.4. Visible defects must be reported within 7 business days of receipt; hidden defects within a reasonable time after discovery (see Cancellation and Returns).
9.5. Confirmed manufacturing defects will result in replacement or refund at no extra cost to the Customer.
9.6. To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, the Company’s liability is limited.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. 3D models belong to their authors (credited on product pages).
10.2. By submitting a 3D model, the Customer warrants that they possess the legal rights to it and assume liability for third-party claims.
10.3. The Company is not liable for copyright infringement claims related to customer-submitted content.
11. Personal Data Processing
Processing of the Customer’s personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which the Customer accepts by using the Website and placing orders. The Privacy Policy complies with the Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13) and details data collection, purposes, retention, rights, and security.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
12.2. All disputes are governed by Israeli law. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel at the Company’s registered address.
13. Customer Support and Contact Information
13.1. Massariba does not provide phone support. All customer inquiries are handled via email [email protected] or WhatsApp chat only.
